What to include
So we can help on the first reply, please tell us the email address on your Beginner Codes account and, for anything payment related, the Order ID shown on your receipt (it looks like order_1785264531712_…).
Payments, certificates and refunds
Learning on Beginner Codes is free. Payment is only involved when you buy a verified certificate. If your payment was debited but no certificate appeared, email us with the Order ID and we will reconcile it against the payment gateway and put it right.
